Method and limits
This tool counts combinations with a chosen structural pattern. Every individual valid set in the same lottery still has the same draw probability. The deterministic example is provided only to demonstrate the filters.
This first version covers exact odd/even and low/high splits. Random valid-set generation and maximum-consecutive-run constraints are intentionally deferred.
