How this bill calendar works

A recurring bill begins in the month where you add it. Monthly bills appear every month, quarterly bills every three months, and yearly bills every twelve months. Due days after the end of a shorter month move to that month’s final day.

Paid status belongs to one bill occurrence, so marking this month’s Rent paid does not mark next month’s Rent. The before-payday total includes bills due earlier than your usual payday.

The Timeline starts at $0 and applies only the payday and bills shown for that month. When payday and a bill share a date, payday is applied first. The view illustrates timing pressure rather than predicting your bank balance because it does not know your starting cash, other income, or other spending.

This version keeps recurring bills and payment status only in the current page session. It does not connect to a bank, identify subscriptions, send reminders, or save data to an account.
